The Myriad Watchtowers list, showing a saved Watchtower with its criteria, type and visibility

Watchtowers

Laser sharp regulatory watchlists.

Point a Watchtower at the jurisdictions, regulators and topics you track. Your new items land every day, filtered to remove regulatory noise and duplicates.

Built for teams tracking regulatory change:

  • Legal
  • Risk and compliance
  • Financial crime and AML
  • ESG and sustainability
  • Company secretarial
  • Product governance

Regulation moves fast. Now you can move with it.

Show your Watchtower what matters. Set it once. Never miss a change again.

Every day, regulators publish thousands of updates across hundreds of jurisdictions. Most of it does not apply to you. Some of it matters enormously, and needs to reach your team the day it's published.

Watchtowers make that possible. Describe what you track once, a jurisdiction, a regulator, a topic, or a single regulation, and Myriad checks every relevant source every day and shows you exactly what is relevant, clearly explained with sources included.

Your team spends less time searching, and more time advising.

Everything we watch, so you see what matters.

270,000+
Regulatory events reviewed every day.
67,000+
Official sources, from 11,000+ regulatory bodies.
167+
Jurisdictions worldwide.
Up to 75,000
New regulatory alerts every day.

One solution, shaped around you

The reach of our global monitoring platform, pointed at the exact jurisdictions, regulators and topics you choose.

Turn regulatory change into a service you can offer your clients.

Point a Watchtower at each client's markets and topics, and reach out the day something moves. For law firms, consultancies, accountants and advisers.

Run your business on it.

Never miss a change in the markets you operate in. One place that shows legal, risk and compliance what changed and why it matters. For banks, insurers, healthcare and any regulated business.

Laser sharp targeting

Set the criteria yourself, down to the sector.

Filter by jurisdiction, regulator, topic or sector, then add a relevance prompt in your own words. Myriad judges every filtered event against it and tells you why each match matters, so every item arrives with its reasoning attached.

The Watchtower builder, with name, description, relevance prompt and a sector picker

One job, done completely.

Watchtowers tells you when something relevant changes in the jurisdictions and topics you track, and explains it in language you can pass straight to a client.

Your team keeps its own way of reviewing documents and drafting advice. Nothing to install, nothing to migrate. Works alongside the tools your team already uses.

Watchtowers is the layer underneath, making sure every relevant change reaches you the day it lands.

Powered by Horizon Scanning

Watchtowers run on the same monitoring engine behind Myriad's regulatory intelligence platform, scoped precisely to the areas your team advises on or tracks.

Frequently asked questions

Is Watchtowers only for law firms?

No. It's built for anyone tracking regulatory change: law firms, in-house legal teams, and compliance teams across regulated industries. That includes regulatory affairs, risk, financial crime and AML, ESG and sustainability, company secretarial, and product governance teams.

How is this different from a regulatory newsletter?

A newsletter covers everything, whether it applies to you or not, on someone else's schedule. A Watchtower is a live, interactive system that covers exactly what you need it to, with updates daily, not weekly or monthly.

How is this different from setting up my own alerts with a general-purpose AI tool?

Coverage and upkeep. Watchtowers monitors 67,000+ official sources across 167+ jurisdictions, and that coverage is maintained for you: when a regulator changes its site, its feed or its publication format, we fix it, so your tracking does not quietly go dark. Every incoming event is then classified against your exact scope, deduplicated across sources, and explained. A general AI tool can summarise a page you point it at; it cannot watch the whole regulatory surface for you, day after day, and prove what it saw.

Can I track more than one jurisdiction?

Yes. Basic covers up to two jurisdictions. Pro increases that limit for teams tracking a wider set of markets.

Do I need to set anything up myself?

We build the first one or two with you on a call. By the third you will not need us. With our hosted platform there is nothing to install and no data to migrate, so it takes minutes, not weeks, to build a Watchtower and see results.

Can I change what a Watchtower tracks later?

Watchtowers are immutable once created, to keep a clear record of what was tracked and when. If your criteria change, you duplicate the Watchtower and adjust the copy. The original stays untouched.

What happens if I hit my Watchtower or jurisdiction limit?

You can upgrade from Basic to Pro at any time to increase your limits. Your existing Watchtowers keep running, you simply get more of them. Buying for a team raises the numbers again: everyone can build their own, and Watchtowers can be shared across the team.

Does this replace legal judgment?

No. Watchtowers surfaces what changed and why it is relevant. What you do with that is still your call.

Is my data used to train any model?

No. Watchtowers has zero data retention: your data is never stored, shared, or used to train AI.

Worth a quick
walk through?

A short call to understand the jurisdictions and topics your team tracks, then a walk through with Watchtowers built around your needs.
